What is Locking

Locking on Starcks is the mechanism that allows you to earn Star Credits, the only credits you can use to book experiences with your footballers for free and reserve limited edition rewards and items created by Starcks and Footballers for you.

You can also use your credits to redeem vouchers that can be converted into Star Player Tokens.

How it works

From the platform's main menu, click on “Wallet” -> “Locking”, where you can enter the amount of Tokens available in your Wallet that you want to allocate to locking, and click on the relevant button.

You can choose which type of Player Tokens to lock from the various options available. Each locking offer (such as the one I have included in the screenshot) shows the lock period and the percentage you receive in credits.

It's simple. At the end of each lock period, you will be credited with the credits corresponding to the indicated percentage.

Let me give you an example using the data on the screen.

The offer shown is for Star Tokens and gives you 2.5% in credits at the end of each 7-day period. So, if you lock 1,000 Star Tokens, you will receive 25 credits every 7 days. Easy, right?

What happens to locked tokens

The tokens you choose to lock will be blocked and cannot be exchanged or sold. You can unlock them at any time, but remember! They will be available again from 0.01 a.m. the following day

If you intend to use them, remember to unlock them in time!

How credits can be used

All the credits you earn can be used to obtain certain ITEMS in the Store, such as Starcks NFTs, gadgets released by players or even Free Tokens that will be released periodically within the platform.
