How do I verify my bank account?

Find out how to verify your bank account, complete Tier 2 verification and enable your account for withdrawals.

In this short guide, I will explain how to complete all the steps you need to finalise the verification process and enable withdrawal functions on your account.

First, check the status of your profile. Go to the top right of your user profile and click on Profile Verification.

If your verification has not yet been completed, you will see a screen asking you to enter your IBAN in the form and upload proof of ownership of your bank account.

The proof of ownership is a document from your bank containing the following information:

• your bank's name and logo;
• your IBAN code;
• your first and last name.

Once you have entered the information, relax! We will proceed with the formal verification of the information, which, as a matter of policy, is done manually. Once completed, we will send you an email informing you that your bank account has been activated.
