How to clear the app cache
This procedure should only be performed if unexpected error conditions occur and recur in the app

If you encounter an error such as 10062, your web app is probably in an inconsistent state.
To resolve this issue, we recommend clearing the web app cache.
This operation does not delete any user data, so it is completely safe. To proceed, simply follow these three easy steps.
- Access the Starcks app with your browser (app.starcks.io); you do not need to log in.
- Click on the Site Information button in the address bar (see screenshot) and access Site Settings.
- Click on the Delete Data button and confirm.
Your app should now be working properly again.
The attached screenshots are for the Chrome browser, but other browsers behave in a very similar way.
